1. Right of withdrawal
Send the immediate cancellation by e-mail to: info@sma-nautic.ch
The cancellation of an order must be made immediately and is only valid once confirmed by SMA NAUTIC PRODUCTS.
1.1 Right of return for ordered goods: (Switzerland)
We offer a 14-day right of return from the date of the order.
If you return damaged or worn products to us, an amount determined by us will be deducted from the sales price. Therefore, please return the product without defects and in its original packaging! The costs for exchange, returns, and incorrect orders are borne by the buyer (customer).
1.2 Right of return for abroad:
There is explicitly no right of return for orders from abroad!
